SM Seaside City received negative comments months before its opening

Cebu City, Philippines - People from Cebu City are very excited for the opening of SM Seaside City which is set on November 2015. Months before the opening, it already received negative comments from the netizens.

On Sunday, 28th of June 2015, a Facebook user uploaded photos of flooded SM Seaside caused by heavy rains. The post reached more than 1000 shares with negative captions on it.

This is a big problem for the mall goers. SM must assess this issue before the opening.
